BUCYRUS, OH – AM Best has affirmed Ohio Mutual’s “A” (Excellent) Financial Strength Rating (FSR) for the 34th consecutive year. The rating reflects Ohio Mutual’s continued financial strength, disciplined operating performance, and long-term commitment to serving its members and agency partners. In addition, AM Best has assigned Ohio Mutual Insurance Group a Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of “a+” (Excellent) with a stable outlook. The ratings include the companies that represent Ohio Mutual’s intercompany pool: Ohio-domiciled Ohio Mutual Insurance Company, its wholly owned subsidiary United Ohio Insurance Company, Casco Indemnity Company, and United Mutual Insurance Company – all entities of holding company Ohio Mutual Insurance Group, Inc. “For 34 consecutive years, this rating has reinforced the confidence our members and agency partners place in Ohio Mutual,” said Mark C.
